After the acquisition of the HealthNews.org network of properties from OutClick Media, TAG was retained to help establish the Health division at Internet Brands, Inc., a publicly traded company valued at over $640 million at the time. Over the next four years the TAG team oversaw the acquisition of more than 30 additional properties and oversaw the strategy and day to day management of a portfolio of websites generating more than 45 million visits per month resulting in annualized revenue growth of 44% from 2009-2013.
